We had a wonderful trip both in Budapest and Lithuania.  The tour guides in both countries were excellent, especially in Lithuania, and helped to make it a special experience for us.  Our itineraries also worked out quite well, although if we had to do it again we may have tweaked it a little bit, but nothing major. You should also know that our archivists were excellent and our Jewish journeys in both countries were powerfully emotional and informative in so many ways. The logistics also worked out very smoothly.  The Corinthian Hotel in Budapest was perfect for us – both the location within walking distance of the Jewish Quarter and the accommodations themselves. The Radisson in Vilnius was also quite good–again, perfect location although the accommodations were not quite on par with Budapest.  We are also glad that we did not take the dinner cruise as it was a cold rainy night and we had an extraordinary dinner at The Gundel which is considered Budapest’s best dining experience. (We did take a one hour river cruise on our first day which was ideal for us) Thank you for all of your help in putting our trip together.  It is most appreciated!
